Gina Hudson: Owner, Broker, CIPS, LTG, RPM (Definitions)
As the owner of Gina's Property
Management and Realty, I am
ultimately responsible for
assuring that our clients needs
are met with the highest level
of quality and value. I've
acquired
extensive
experience and am credentialed
in all aspects of property
management
through years of study and
teaching. This has allowed me to
participate in the development
of laws primarily for Property
Managers in the State of
Arizona. The practice of Real
Estate and Property Management
presents many day to day
questions of law, most
particularly Fair Housing Law.
For this reason I am heavily
involved in Fair Housing/Civil
Rights education for real estate
licensees. I am certified to
teach Fair Housing Law both at
State and National levels and
was privileged to serve as
President of the Southern
Arizona Housing Center and
served on the Board of
Directors. I have been involved
in Professional Standards,
Political Affairs, Equal
Opportunity, Legislative and
Property Management Committees
and am privileged and excited to
have been named by the Arizona
Department of Real Estate to the
State Education Advisory
Committee. My experience in
Property Management and my
knowledge of other languages
have contributed to my earning
the CIPS designation, awarded to
only a limited number of real
estate licensees in the United
States.

Karen Menger: Managing Partner,
Associate Broker
Karen is one of the founding members
of Gina's Property Management &
Realty, Inc., and, after obtaining
her Arizona Real Estate Broker's
license, she became a managing
partner in the company. Karen
brings a wealth of experience to the
company as a result of her extensive
background in the Human Resources
field. In addition, she brings a
thorough knowledge of the various
software programs used for our
accounting procedures and provides
exemplary service to our owners.
She has an active commitment to
customer service to both our clients
and our tenants. |

Rick Menger: Real Estate Agent
Rick has been a partner in Gina's
Property Management & Realty, Inc.
since 1993, following retirement
from a career in the U. S. Army.
Rick oversees our leasing services
and is a coordinator for maintenance
services. Rick is instrumental in
maintaining ongoing relationships
with a pool of experienced,
qualified and reasonable contractors
and is committed to continuing our
high level of service to our clients
and customers. |

Dale Cole: Real Estate Associate
Dale is the owner of Cole
Contracting. As an independent
contractor Cole Contracting provides property maintenance services.
Dale is a licensed contractor with
40 years of construction experience
including electrical, plumbing and
remodeling and has been with Gina
since 2000. His many years of
experience as a contractor have resulted
in this company's reputation of offering
homes that can be shown with pride. Cole
