Expert Witness Services

Gina Hudson provides expert witness testimony services for litigation involving property management, fair housing and civil rights.  She will review documents submitted for merit and is prepared to provide deposition and/or court testimony. Gina calls upon her extensive education and experience in the fields of property management and fair housing to provide counsel an informed and objective opinion of causation and liability in each particular case. Fee's are based on time, travel and expenses associated with any required work. Gina will provide an estimate of expenses and costs prior to being retained and a request for a retainer fee will be made at that time
